Given (7a - 5b)² + 140ab = (7a + 5b)²

rearranging the given equation we get

=> (7a - 5b)² - (7a + 5b)² = -140ab

taking LHS

= 49a² - 70ab + 25b² - 49a² - 70ab - 25b²

= - 70ab - 70ab

= - 140ab

= RHS
