For any integer to end with zero, their prime factorization must contain 2 and 5.

prime factorization of 9 n

= (3×3)n

it is clear from the above prime factorization that 9 neither has 2 nor 5 in its prime factorization hence 9n cannot end with digit 0 for any natural number.
