Answer:

a+b=13———-(1)

b+c=24———(2)

c+a=19———-(3)

From (1),

b=13-a ——- putting this in (2),

13-a+c=24

or, -a+c= 24–13

or, c-a=11 ————-(4)

(3) + (4), we get,

c+a+c-a=19+11

or, 2c= 30

or, c=15 ———- —————————-(5)

from (4),

15-a=11

or, -a=11–15

or, -a=-4

or, a=4——————————————(6)

putting in (1),

4+b=13

or, b= 13–4=9 ———————————-(7)

From (5), (6), (7),

a+b+c= 15+4+9 = 28 (ans)

P.S : It is a detailed method, you may do this a short process.

MCQ process -

**************************************

(1)+(2)+(3), we get,

2(a+b+c)= 13+24+19

or, a+b+c= 56/2

or, a+b+c= 28 (ans)

Hope it’ll work!
