hey mate here is your answer ...

let your triangle be abc and there is a median ad in the triangle ...

so now there are two triangles one is the ∆abd and ∆adc. so

now in ∆abd and in ∆adc

angle adb=angle adc. (90°)

ad =ad (common)

bd =dc

so ∆abd is congurent to ∆adc by sas rule ..

as both the triangles are congurent there area must be equal...

hence prooved ...
