Solution....

According to division lemma method ,

If a and b are two positive integers,then

a = bq + r

Where

0 \leqslant r < b

b = 4

Hence

a = 4q +r

where

0 \leqslant r < 4

r is the interger greater than or equal to 0 or less than 4.

r either be = 0,1,2,3...

If r = 1

a = 4q +1

This always be an positive integer.

If r = 3

Our equation become ...

a = 4q +3

This will always be an positive integer.

Hence proved !!!!
