you can take two different substance to be dissolved in benzene and ...when you dissolve something in a pure liquid ...the solute particles take place of some molecules on the surface ...as a result of which the vapour pressure of pure liquid decreases ...since boiling point is the temperature at which vapour pressure of any liquid becomes equal to that of atmosphere ...since less molecules will leave the surface coz of solute dissolution ...it will take more temperature to get to that pressure ..and this will happen no matter which solute you take be it glucose or sugar ..both will do same elevation if taken in same concentration

Explanation:
BOILING POINT - DEFINITION
The boiling point of a substance is the temperature at which the vapor pressure of the liquid equals the pressure surrounding the liquid and the liquid changes into a vapor. The boiling point of a liquid varies depending upon the surrounding environmental pressure.
MOLAL ELEVATION CONSTANT - DEFINITION
It is defined as the elevation in boiling point when the molality of the solution is unity i.e 1 mole of the solute is dissolved in 1 kg of the solvent. The units are degree/molality i.e Kp
