μ s a n d μ k are the coefficient of static friction and kinetic friction. If applied force(F) is less than μ N then friction force will be equal to applied force . If applied force(F) is equal to μ N then friction force is known as limiting friction force.

IT is true that friction changes with changing force.when we apply little force then friction becomes more but when we apply more forcd then friction becomes less for example: when we drive cycle slowly then we have to apply more force but when we drive fastly then we nee d less power to drive.
