circum. a= 2πr= x                                    circum. b= circum. a=x

radius=7x/44(transpose)                        radius=7x/44

area= πr^2                                               area= πr^2

substitute r as (7x/44) in both cases.....as radius is same.. area is also same.

Hence proven, when circumferences of two circles are equal then their areas are also equal
