Show that impulse of a variable force is equal to the area enclosed by the force-time graph

Please find the attached diagram for the Force - Time graph.

Since the force is variable, it changes with respect to time.

In any graph, the area under the curve is always represent the product.

So here the area under the curve is Force x Time.

Force x Time = Impulse.

So the graph represents Impulse.

To calculate Impulse of a variable force using graph, slice the line into multiple parts and calculate the area and sum up all.
