since gravitational force ,F= G Mm/r²
here,
G=F r²/Mm
writing in the S.I system,
since unit of force is newton{n}
unit of distance is meter {m}
unit of mass is kilogram{kg}
so , the unit of G is= newton×metre²/kilogram²
= nm²/kg²

Unit of G-
G=Fd^2/mass(1object) *mass(2object)
Therefore, G=Nm^2kg^-2
Or
G=Nm^2/Kg^2
