To show that magnetic moment of revolving electron is directly proportional to the principal quantum number.

The magnetic moment of electrons is due to orbital motion is proportional to 'n' (principle quantum number). Magnetic moment of the revolving electron is given

 \sf \dfrac{neh}{4\pi \: m} =  n (\dfrac{eh}{4\pi \: m})

Thus, M is directly proportional to n ( the principle quantum number) .
