Show that p(x)=x^3-3x^2+2x-6 has only one zero.

Let us take 3,

Substitute in the above given equation..... We get,

estimating the value be 3

Let x = 3

=>x3 - 3x2 + 2x -6

=>(3*3*3) -3*3*3 +2*3 -6

=>27 - 27 +6 - 6

=>0
