Answer:

A(x1,y1)=(4,7)

B(X2,y2)=(1,3)

d(A,B)=✓(x2-x1)+(y2-y1)

=✓(1-1)+(3-7)

=✓(0)+(-4)

=✓-4

=2

B(x1,y1)=(1,3)

C(X2,y2)=(3,1)

d(B,C)=✓(x2-x1)+(y2-y1)

=✓(3-1)+(1-3)

=✓(2)-(-2)

=✓2+2

=✓4

=2

A(x1,y1)=(4,7)

C(X2,y2)=(3,1)

d(A,C)=✓(x2-x1)+(y2-y1)

=✓3-4+1-7

=✓-1+-6

=✓-1-6

=✓-7

they are not collinear
