I am assuming you have basic idea of star-delta voltage relations:

Answer:
Power consumed in Delta = 3 * Power consumed in Star Network
Explanation:
power consumed by three identical phase loads connected in delta is equal to three times power consumed when phase loads are connected in star.
Identical Phase load = R
Let call terminal A , B , C of Star & Delta Network
in Start Network Load between A & B = R + R = 2R
Power consumed in Star Network between A & B = V²/2R
While in Delta Netwrok Load between A & B = R ║ (R + R)
=> R ║ 2R = 1/(1/R + 1/2R) = 2R/3
Power consumed in Delta Network between A & B = V²/(2R/3) = 3V²/2R
= 3 ( V²/2R)
= 3 ( Power consumed in Star Network between A & B)
Power consumed in Delta = 3 * Power consumed in Star Network
