Power=Work/time now Work=Force x distance so power= Force x distance/time

heya mate!!!

Power is capacity to do work....

power=work/time

work=force*distance

so,,,

power =force*distance/time

power= force*(dis/time)

as, distance /time is velocity

so,, power =force *velocity

SI unit of power is WATT. (W)

which is joule per second ..

hope it helps u mate!!!!
