Solution:

i) √18 = √(3×3)×2 = 3√2

ii)√50 = √(5×5)×2 = 5√2

Now ,

√18 × √50

= (3√2)×(5√2)

= 3×5×(√2×√2)

= 3×5×2

= 30

= 30/1 [ p/q form ]

= [ Rational number ]
