so LHS
(sinФ + cosecФ)/sinФ
=1 + 1/sin²Ф
= 1 + 1 + 1/sin²Ф - 1
= 2 + (1 - sin²Ф)/sin²Ф
= 2 + cos²Ф/sin²Ф {cosФ/sinФ=cotФ}
= 2 + cot²Ф
so LHS = RHS proved
(sinФ + cosecФ)/sinФ
=1 + 1/sin²Ф
= 1 + 1 + 1/sin²Ф - 1
= 2 + (1 - sin²Ф)/sin²Ф
= 2 + cos²Ф/sin²Ф {cosФ/sinФ=cotФ}
= 2 + cot²Ф
so LHS = RHS proved
