ANSWER.

I have attached the solution in the attachment just go through the image.

Here, we are given with a 2 × 2 square matrix.

To check whether the matrix is a solution of the given equation, we will simply substitute the matrix in the equation.

If the resultant matrix on LHS = matrix on RHS, then it is a solution of the equation.
