Show that the line segment joining the points of contact of two parallel tangents passes through the centre.

Seg OP, Seg OQ & Seg OE are radius.

Angle EOP = Angle EOQ = 90°

Therefore, PQ is a straight line.

As it makes a 90° angle with the tangents & a straight line so it's the Diameter of the circle; i.e., it passes from the centre.
