Parallel line have equal slopes.

Slope of a line passing through (x₁,y₁) and (x₂,y₂) is (y₂ - y₁)/(x₂ - x₁)

Here slope of line passing through (5,6) and (2,3) is (3-6)/(2-5) = 1

Similarly,

slope of line passing through (9,-2) and (6,-5) = (-5+2)/(6-9) = 1

It is clear that both the lines have equal slopes.

Hence the lines are parallel to each other.
