a= 1,b=-3 and c=-2 in equation no. 1

-2x+6y=5

a=-2,b=6 and c=-5 in equation no. 2

a1 /a2= b1 /b2 does not equal

c1 /c2

put the values an solve

then, 1/-2=-3/6does not equal -2/-5

answer is 1/-2 =-1/2 does not equal 2/5
