. Show that the perpendiculars dropped from any point of the
x + 3y = 6 and 13x - 9y = 10 are equal.​

hey buddy here is your answer

x + 3y = 6  .......................(i)

13x - 9y = 10  .....................(ii)

Multiplying equation (i) by 3 = 3x + 9y = 18 .......................(iii)

Adding (ii) and (iii),

                  3x + 9y + 13x - 9y = 18 + 10

              =>16x = 28

              =>x = 7/4

Then  y=17/12
