Show that the points (3,-2) (-2,8) and (0.4) are collinear points.​

Answer:

A=(3,-2),B=(-2,8) C=(0,4)

(if three POINTS A B C are collinear then the slop of AB=BC)

slop of AB

Y2 -Y1÷X2-X1

8-(-2)÷-2-3

=8+2÷(-5)

= 10÷-5

= -2

slop of BC

4-8÷0--2

=4÷2

=2
