For A, B and C to be collinear, the area of triangle formed by them must be zero units.
Using Triangle Formula,
X1(Y2-Y3)+X2(Y3-Y1)+X3(Y1-Y2)
-1.5(-2-4)+6(4-3)-3(3+2)
-1.5(-6)+6(1)-3(5)
9+6-15=0
Therefore, the points are collinear.
