sq.root 106

BC = sq.root (3+2)2+(4-5)2

sq.root (25+1)

sq.root 26

CA = sq.root (7-3)2+(10-4)2

sq.root(16+36)

sq.root 52

106+26= 52

132 is not equal to 52.
