equation of line joining q and r will be

y - (-2) / (-2-4) = x - 6 / (6+3)

==> y + 2 / (-6) = x - 6 / 9

==> 9 y + 18 = - 6 x + 36

===> 6 x + 9 y = 18

OR 2 x + 3 y = 6

As we plug x = -3/2 and y = 3 in the above it becomes

2 ( -3/2) + 3(3) = - 3 + 9 = 6 which is on the right side

Thereby the point p lies on the line joining q and r

Hence all the three are collinear.
