in ∆ADB, EG is the line segment joining the mid points of side AD and AB respectively.

therefore ,

EG is parallel to BD and half of it. -------(1)[by

mid point theorem]

similarly , FH is parallel to BD and half of it --(2)

also ,EH ||BD and EH 1/2 BD ---------(3)

GF||BD and GF1/2BD---------(4)

From eq 1 , 2 ,3,4 , we get

GE= FH=EH=GF ,

therefore, EHFG is a rhombus

hence proved.
