d=12-9=3

a=9

15th term =a+14d

9+14(3)

=9+42

=51

D1 = 12-9=3
D2 = 15-12= 3
Since D1 = D2 the following sequence is AP
In this AP A= 9 ,D=3 (1)
General form of 15th term of AP is a+14d
Putting value of (1) in this equation
15th term =(9)+ 14*(3)
15th term = 9+ 42
15th term = 51
