Show that the Series 1+ 2+ 3+ ....... diverges to infinity. How to find it?

Sn = 1 + 2 + 3 ..... + n = n (n + 1) /2
Sn - Sn-1 = n
Lim as n -> α, | Sn - Sn-1 | = n is not bounded with in some value a but is increasing continuously to α.
