first of all the sum of 1st n even nos is n(n+2)/4, and , now the proof
i am assuming that u know basic rules of A.P.
so the series is 2+4+6+8+.......+n
taking 2 commom= 2(1+2+3+4.......+n/2)
applying sumesion formula on the AP- 1+2+3+4.......+n/2,
the value is- n/4(2+ (n-2)1)=n(n+2)/8
therefore, the value of the series is n(n+2)/4........hope u understood and plz give me the brainliest
