show that the sum of product of two irrational numbers 7+√5 and 7-√5 are rational numbers

(7+√5)(7-√5) + (7+√5)(7-√5)
=(49-5) + (49-5)                                   { (a-b)(a+b)=(a*a) - (b*b) }
=44+44
=88
=a rational number

yes the product of 2 irrational no. is a rational,
(7+√5)(7-√5)+(7+√5)(7-√5)
=(49-5)+(49-5)
=44+44
=88 
and this is a rational no.
