Answer:

Two or more opposite forces are balanced forces if their effects cancel each other and they do not cause a change in an object's motion. If two forces of equal strength act on an object in opposite directions, the forces will cancel, resulting in a net force of zero and no movement.

Answer:

If two force having equal magnitude acting on a same body in opp direction then the vector addition of sum of these two foce will be zero

F1= - F2

Minus sign denotes that the F2 is in opp direction to Force F1

So

F1 + F2 =0

here u can see that total force (F1 + F2 ) acting on a body is zero

if Total force is zero

then

Fnet= m × a

0 = m× a

so a= 0
