Hey... I think this can be ur answer!!
To prove :root3+2root5 is irrational

Let us assume that root 3+2root5 is rational,
root3 +2root5 = a/b (a and b are Co prime)
2root5 = a/b-root3 = a-root3b/b

Root5 = a-root3b/2b

BUT we know that root5 is irrational
So our assumption was wrong
Hence, root3+2root5 is irrational

Hence proved
