Let,
Mass of the object = m
Mass of the Earth = Me
Mass of the moon = Mm
Radius of the Earth = Re
Radius of the moon = Rm
Me = 100 Mm and Re = 4 Rm
Weight of the object on earth is the force with which the earth attracts the object towards it.

Case 1,on earth
W=mg---------(1)
Case 2,on moon
W'=mg'
W'=m×g/6
W'=mg/6
therefore,W'/W=mg/6/mg
=mg/6mg
=1/6
so, proved
