LET (x-1) BE A FACTOR OF 4x^3-6x^2+9x-7
∴4(1)^3-6(1)^2+9(1)-7=0
⇒4-6+9-7=0
⇒13-13=0
∵0=0
∴(x-1) IS A FACTOR OF THE GIVEN POLYNOMIAL.
i hope that this will help u.
