To show that x = 1 is one of the zero of the polynomial 3x³ - 4x² + 8x - 7

x = 1

polynomial :-

3x³ - 4x² + 8x - 7 = 0

[put the value of x]

=> 3(1)³ - 4(1)² + 8(1) - 7 = 0

=> 3(1) - 4(1) + 8 - 7 = 0

=> 3 - 4 + 8 - 7 = 0

=> 3+8-4-7 = 0

=> 11-11 = 0

=> 0 = 0

=> LHS = RHS

Hence it is verified that x = 1 is a zero of the polynomial 3 - 4x² + 8x - 7.

hope it helps.
