Given :-

3x³ - 4x² + 8x - 7

To Prove :-

1 is a zero

Solution :-

Putting x = 1

0 = 3(1)³ - 4(1)² + 8(1) - 7

0 = 3(1) - 4(1) + 8(1) - 7

0 = 3 - 4 + 8 - 7

0 = 11 - 11

0 = 0

Hence

x = 1 is a zero of the given polynomial

Step-by-step explanation:

Given x=1

3x3-4x2+8x-7

3(1)3-4(1)2+8(1)-7

3(1)-4(1)+8(1)-7

3-4+8-7

11-11

=0

hence given one is zero of the polynomial
