First of all find the factor of the given polynomial by hit and trial method

so we get x=-1 as a solution

hence x+1 as one of factor

now divide the polynomial by given factor

x^2+7x+10

now do the prime factorisation of the resulted polynomial

x^2+5x+2x+10

x(x+5)+2(x+5)

(x+5)(x+2)

hence x+2and x+1 are factors of given polynomial
