Putting x=2 , y=3
=3x-4y+6=0
=3×2-4×3+6=0
=6-12+6=0
=12-12=0
=0=0

Heyaaa mate

The answer is

X = 2 , Y = 3

 3x - 4y + 6 = 0

After substituting value

 3(2) - 4(3) + 6 = 0

 6 - 12 + 6 = 0

 - 6 + 6 = 0

 0 = 0

Hence,

\huge\boxed{LHS=RHS}

Hope it helps you
