x = -3

so

(-3)^3 + (-3)^2 +11×-3 + 69

-27 +9 -33 +69

78 - 60

18

is not a factor

rohit000011: thanks
adityasinghyadav77: no problem

HEY MATE :

GIVEN POLYNOMIAL

=X^3-X^2+11X+69

GIVEN FACTORS

=(X+3)

IF (X+3)is a factors of POLYNOMIAL

so x=-3 satisfied this POLYNOMIAL

so put here x=-3

= (-3)^3+(-3)^2+11*(-3)+69

=-27+9-33+69

= -60+78

=18

THUS:

(X+3) is not a factors of given POLYNOMIAL.

I hopes its helps u.
