x+3=0
x=-3
= x³-x²+11x-69
= (-3)³-(-3)²+11(-3)-69
= -27-9-33-69
= -138
THEREORE X+3 IS NOT A FACTOR OF F(X).

x+3
= x = -3
putting its value in ×^3 - x^2 + 11× - 69
-3 ^3 -(-3)^2 + 11×-3 -69
- 27 +9 - 33 - 69
and its remainder is not zero and also its not factor
