p(x)=x+7-8x/3=17/6-5x/8

x=4

p(4)= 4+7 - 8*4/3 = 17/6 - 5*4/8

= 1 1- 32/3 = 17/6 - 20/8

=1 1- 32/3 = 17/6 - 5/2

Taking L.C.M of Left hand side and right side too.

33/3 - 32/3 =17/6 - 15/6

1/3 = 2 /6

1/3=1/3

3 = 3

3-3=0

hence proved

both side are equal hence
