given equation x+7-8x/3=17/6-5x/8
4+7-8×4/3=17/6-5×4/8
11-32/3=17/6-20/8
33-32/3=68-60/24
1/3=8/24
then I get 1/3=1/3

If x=4

then, 7+4-\frac{8x4}{3}=\frac{17}{6}-\frac{5x4}{8}

=11-32/3=17-20/8

= 33-\frac{32}{3}\\=68-\frac{60}{24}

= \frac{1}{3}=\frac{8}{24}

= \frac{1}{3}=\frac{1}{3}
