Explanation:

in the first sentence of first option is mentioned that the teacher said to someone that the boy was rude. but in the 2nd sentence of first option is mentioned that the boy said that the teacher was rude. it's the difference.

and the 2nd one,,,,

she has stopped,to listen: there is a comma between she has stopped and to listen. So after pronouncing he has stopped we have to stop for a while and then we have to pronounce to listen. but in the 2nd sentence we have to pronounce it in one way, nothing stop during pronouncing.
