"The "hydrogen atom" consists "proton" and an "electron". The proton has+ 1 load and a spin. The spin may be clockwise or clockwise. Therefore, depending upon this orientation we named as "ortho" and "para" hydrogen.


If the hydrogen has the aligned spin called "ortho hydrogen" and if the hydrogen has spins opposite called "para hydrogen".


The following diagram will shows the two forms of hydrogen."
