- Interactive Model: In this model a message is encoded and sent to the recording receiver and the receiver sends the encoded response to the sender. Like telephone conversation, email etc.
- Transactional communication: It involves face-to-face interaction. In this, several messages are sent back and forth simultaneously by a council. Feedback is given by asking questions in a systematic way, such as in a meeting or video conferencing, etc.
