1) a; fixed capital: the factors of production like tools,machines and buildings which can be used over manu years are called fixed capital.
b;working capital: the factors which are used up in production are called working capital.for eg. raw materials.
2)fixed capital;it can not be changed or built in small period of time.
working capital;it can be built or changed in small period of time.
