Take out a bottle of soft drink from the refrigerator and place it on the table.

Observe it for few minutes.

You will see small drops of water appearing on the outer surface of the bottle.

Reason: This is because water vapour present in the air condenses and forms small drops of water.

. This activity proves that air contains water vapour.

This can be proved by the following activity:-

Place a glass tumbler containing ice cubes at the room temperature. Leave it for sometime. Now, you will observe that the outside surface of glass tumbler has tiny water droplets. This shows that air contains water vapour.
