total surface area = 2(lb + bh + hl)

= 2(15 + 9 + 15)

= 2 ( 39 )

= \large\huge\boxed{78}

lateral surface area = 2h (l + b)

= 6 ( 8 )

= \large\huge\boxed{48}

Answer:

As the figure is a cuboid, the surface area of a cuboid is 2(lb+bh+lh).

Here, Length= 5

Breadth= 3

Height= 3

Surface area = 2(5 x 3+3 x 3+5 x 3)

=2(15+9+15)

=2(39)

=78
