 {6}^{3}  \div ( \frac{3}{ - 2} )^{3}  \\  = ( \frac{6}{3} )^{3} \times ( - 2)^{3}  \\  =  {2}^{3}  \times  { - 2}^{3}  \\  = 8 \times  - 8 \\  =  - 64
